What products do you sell at One Pick?
We offer a wide range of products across categories like electronics, bags, home & kitchen essentials, gadgets, jewelry, kids’ items, and much more.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, Easypaisa, Jazzcash, and Card payments for your convenience.
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Cash on Delivery: Orders are delivered within 7 to 9 days, with verification required before shipping.
- Paid Orders: Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 days, with no verification needed for faster shipping.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan.
5. What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 5-day return policy. An unboxing video is required for a refund. The refund will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment through our shipping partners (TCS, PostEx, Leopard, etc.).
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we may not be able to make changes. However, you can contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist.
8. Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we don’t offer gift cards. However, we are working on adding this feature soon.
9. Is it safe to shop on One Pick?
